Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the sales network;

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of English and proficiency in Office applications.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Independently manage a team for the performance of heating, cooling and ventilation of facilities;
  • Plan and coordinate work activities, normalize each team and monitor the efficiency of each work team according to a predetermined

dynamics;

  • Prepare reports from the area within set deadlines;
  • Independently organize and plan material;
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of facilities;
  • Act as the Project Manager for facilities under construction and facilities for technical maintenance, including keeping building books;
  • Communicate with the investor, prepare basic and additional offers and other type of reports;

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, direction of thermal engineering;
  • Work experience-Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position;
  • Mandatory knowledge of the English language;
  • Computer work (MS Office, CAD CAM, AutoCad);
  • Experience working on projects/project manager;
  • A or B performance license preferred;

Job description:

  • Performance (installation) and servicing of VRV systems;
  • Installation of split systems;
  • Installation and service of heat pumps – we provide appropriate training;
  • Regular maintenance and inspection of split systems, monitoring, diagnosis and removal of defects;
  • Record of performed repairs and consumables and delivery of reports to supervisor;
  • Specification of required material for procurement;

  • Obligation to adhere to safety regulations and regulations related to work protection;
