SORAVIA CENTER SKOPJE has been developed by the Austrian “Soravia Group” a major commercial real estate developer in the CEE area, with more than one hundred years of successful business history. This landmark architectural design offers more than 13,000 m2 of premium office space as well as 2,500 m2 retail area connected with an already existing shopping center.

At the beginning all activities related to the building itself, such as technical maintenance, project management, renovation and adaptation of the premises, cleaning of the common premises, finding new clients, communication with tenants, administrative management of the building such as preparing monthly reports concerning financial, accounting, commercial and administrative reports were made by Soravia.

In order to maintain and increase the performance of this prime business building, they needed to optimize their costs and obtain assistance in adopting local requirements.

Therefrom in 2014, FMS signed the asset management contract with Soravia management and undertook all the necessary activities for maximizing the value of their investment. First, we dedicated a team of professionals in various areas to perform all the above-mentioned activities in a timely and accurate manner. We worked closely with our client for understanding the key drivers for quality performance and provided comprehensive property and asset management services, as well as many additional consultancy services and activities through the years, such as support in financial restructuring.
